Franco Roofing did a great job at resurfacing my multi-leveled, bitumen roof. Some roofers will not work on flat roofs but Jorge made it happen. We received an estimate for our roof one week and the next week they delivered the materials quickly and completed our install (4 different roof areas) in under 2 days. They were organized and quick. Jorge was responsive, considerate, and professional.
Jorge and his team were great to work with. I discovered a leak above my garage caused by a general contractor's careless work and he was able to fit my repair in before the storm came in and inspected the rest of the roof and found another area that wasn't properly attached and sealed. It was a quick cheap fix now but could have become a serious issue later if Jorge and his team didn't find it. I highly recommend and would use again for any future roofing needs.
We were looking to replace our gutters and searched a few places such as Home Depot, Thumbtack, and Yelp. After receiving a few estimates, my husband and I settled on Jorge's company. He provided a timely estimate and was very professional. On the day of work, he and his workers replaced our gutters (plus 2 wood panels) in 6 hours.
